Baby measuring 8lbs at 36 weeks?

Had an ultrasound last week cuz i have high bp, and they said she is already measuring 8lbs. they are inducing me at 39weeks. Is she going to get a lot bigger by then? also how do they induce? it says something about a gel on my paperwork
