Shes flirting a lott?

Ok so i met this girl that lives near me over like facebook. Shes going to be a freshman and im going to be a sophmore. (btw we have never seen each other in person before)... We talked for a while and shes called me a sweetheart a few times. For example she told me "any girl would be lucky to have you :)" and i told her ive never had a girlfriend and she said "i dont see whyy, your a sweetheart :)" and then she said she thinks im cute about 3 times now.... The next day shes watching a scary movie and tells me that shes really scared cause shes home alone. Then she said that she realllyyyy wishes i was there with her. (she said that about 3 times too). And then i asked if she would seriously want me there she said yes she really does but shes not allowed to have guys over? And she tells me she cant date till shes 16? So someone please explain that to me...... And then yesterday she told me any girl that i chose to ask out would be the luckiest girl in the world and yeah... She also wants me to skype with her sometime. And she plans on using a "bring a freind for free" pass for six flags on me because i dont have a season pass. I asked why she said she really wants to see me.... So someone explain these signals that shes sending me
