Lost virginity nd now worried ?

i lost my virginity on 16 June it was terrible time i ever had.i bleed a little and pained a Lott.it was all unprotected nd am not on pills.now i feel okay but am tensed to b pregnant.he didn't ejaculate inside me nd it was not so deep.now what to do my? perionds come normaly on 20th june but not came today.worried alote. is there chances of pregnant? should i go to a doc or wait for the periods some more days?
