Will i fry my amp or speaker doing this?

i have two 12" subs. one is a kicker CVR and the other is a sony xplod the kicker is rated at 800 watts and the sony is rated at 1200 watts. i have the sony hooked (it is bridged) up to my Xplod 600 watt amp..which when bridged gives out 300 watts.. both of my speakers are 4 ohm impedance..can you guys help me and tell me will this sound good as a combination or should i have my kicker hooked up instead.
