What is my problem?///////////?

I have blackish patches in my groin area as well as around my toes and feet. Around my big toe on both feet, its a bit swollen and black and blue. it doesnt always hurt and i dont have pain there. But, sometimes it starts burning. and i get pins and needles in my feet a lott. and tingling. do you think this is a blood clot? or a circulation problem? or diabetes?
