Is this justin bieber account real?

Ok so the reason why i believed this is real is because ryan butler, one of justins close friends, is friends with him and tagged him in one of his pictures and im positive that the ryan butler account was real (i think i spelled his last name wrong on here though) but it doesnt seem real it seems like just another fake account but i thought since ryan is friends with him that maybe its real? plus he has a lott of friends and i asked on his status if he was real and he says yes but im not dumb and i know hes probably lying and most likely this is fake but any opinions? heres the link to the account: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002081603027
