What does this mean? All possibilities please.?

Frequent peeing, tired a lott, boobs hurt, get nauseous alot,times i cant eat anything because im so nauseous but at times i can just eat and et and eat. Im a little over a week late, im just really scared bcz i just lost my bf n he says im not pregnant but idk what else it could be ir if im just paranoid and hes right. Pleaseee help!!! Thanks.
